METHODOLOGY
Grades come from verified actions. Policies, donations, and statements — each dated, and each something the company did rather than something said about it.
Reviews get a grade of their own. How a business treated you aggregates into a Consumer Grade, printed beside the record grade and never folded into it.
No source, no entry. An unverified claim sits in the queue until an editor confirms it, or it never lands. Nothing reaches the record grade without one.
